Baked Salmon With Sour Cream
A quick and tasty recipe for fresh salmon.
4 salmon steaks, about 1 inch thick
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Dash of cayenne
Oven: 350 degrees
Place salmon steaks in a single layer in a buttered baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour over salmon. Bake about 35 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve from the baking dish. Serves four.
