Banana Nog Recipe

Quick and low-calorie, too!



1 cup skim milk
1 medium banana, cut in chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for one minute. Makes one drink.

(I said it was quick!)
